Last Saturday had Lisa and I in Quitman, attending Kim and Ryan’s wedding at the Quitman Golf and Country Club.
Let me sum up this couple: Basically, Kim and Ryan are rockstars. Pure rockin’ awesome rockstars. Always fashionable. Always ready for anything. Ready to trash an expensive wedding dress (shocking Lisa and Kim’s bridesmaids) just to get a cool shot. What’s not to love people?

May I present a great example of love?
It occured during a strange and cryptic sorority candle passing ceremony (hey - I’m a guy). Ryan and Kim sit in the middle of a group of sophisticated and lovely young ladies - who are singing and passing a candle around the circle. Using my ninja like photojournalist abilities… I document the event.
Note Ryan in these three panels.
Panel 1: Acceptance. Ryan sits, dazed & resigned to fate, while the ceremony happens. When will it end?
Panel 2: Action. Ryan blows the candle out with his new bride. This makes her happy. Happy is good.
Panel 3: Adoration. Folks - making her happy makes him happy. That’s love.
